"Don't honk, Railway department is sleeping" | Ghanti Bajao

People in Ludhiana, Punjab are protesting against railway department officers. They are holding placards with written caption as "Don't honk, Railway department is sleeping". It has been written there because people allege that officers of railway department are not doing their work, a bridge is remained unrepaired for long and work should start but nobody is taking action on it.
