Picture of murder accused Shabnam going viral on social media

Shabnam had been convicted of killing seven of her family members -- her mother, father, two brothers, sister-in-law, cousin and 10-month-old nephew after her family opposed her relationship with Salim. A picture of Shabnam, lodged in Rampur district jail, is becoming viral on social media, after which there has been a stir in the administration.
