Congress alleges Manohar Parrikar of possessing files related to Rafale deal

Congress leader Randeep Surjewala today holded a press conference where he made several allegations on BJP over Rafale deal.
Congress also relased Goa minister Vishwajit Rane's audio clip claiming Manohar Parrikar is aware of the details of Rafale deal.
Surjewala said, "Former Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar has the all the files relating to Rafale jet deal. The fashion in which every procedure was bypassed...it is all recorded in the files. Those files are with Mr Parrikar. Why are those files being hidden?"
