Cabinet reshuffle in J&K today; Kavinder Gupta to be Dy CM

In a huge cabinet reshuffle in Jammu and Kashmir, Nirmal Singh resigned as the deputy Chief Minister. In his place, Kavinder Gupta will take up the post. Apart from this 8 new faces will be added in the cabinet, Out of which 6 will be from BJP and 2 from PDP
