Cases of online cheating and cyber frauds are on the rise in India. Also, these frauds are proving to be the biggest challenge for the police despite advanced software available in the market. According to a report, Indians lost Rs. 1.24 trillion to cybercriminals in 2019. India's largest public sector bank SBI has also issued an advisory to its customers in this regard.
