The government has come up with the "innovation challenge, inviting budding software developers to create a video conferencing solution and stand a chance to win Rs 1 crore prize money. The challenge for building a video conference solution under the Digital India Programme’ will be conducted in three stages and the applicants have time till April 30 to apply for it.
