In Bihar elections, one thing is being repeatedly said by BJP that even if Nitish Kumar's party JDU got less seats, Nitish Kumar will become the Chief Minister of Bihar. In such a situation, the question arises whether it is assumed that Nitish Kumar is getting less seats than BJP in Bihar. And if so, then what is its basis? Where did these questions begin to arise? Is it because of this that there is a ruckus in Nitish Kumar's rallies and there is a crowd gathering in PM Modi's rallies or are there some other reasons behind it.
