Vikas Dubey: 3 on Chest and 1 on Leg, Gangster Took 4 Bullets in Kanpur Encounter l ABP Uncut
Dreaded criminal Vikas Dubey, who killed eight policemen in Kanpur, was killed in a police encounter early morning. He was being brought back to Kanpur from Ujjain on transit remand after he apparently surrendered following his surfacing in the Mahakaal temple of Madhya Pradesh.
