Mumbai rains are creating havoc once again as heavy rains cause waterlogging in highways and roads across the city. In the 'city that never sleeps,' there is no traffic on the road as people are back to being holed up in their homes. The situation looks just like the lockdown days when people could not leave their homes. Shops are shut, no vehicles are plying on the road and there is water everywhere.
