Why did the Supreme Court refuse a hearing for the Aurangabad Rail Accident? | ABP Uncut

The Supreme Court has refused to take any cognizance of the case of the 16 labourers who died on the rail tracks in Aurangabad. The petitioner of this case has also given references to other similar cases. The court said that it is impossible to keep a track of the people who have come out on the road, it also said that if people sleep on the railway tracks, they really can't be saved. The petitioner Alok Srivastava had filed another petition on the behalf of the labourers earlier. At that time the lockdown was at its early stages, and after his petition, the government took quick actions. Borders were closed and the government told the Supreme Court that there were no labourers on the road and measures have been taken to provide food and shelter to the labourers stranded in the city.
