In a major victory to security forces, they were able to kill Hizbul commander Riyaz Naikoo during a gunfight with militants. Naikoo was hidden in a bunker located below a house. The security forces used a JCB machine to dig the bunker and then they were able to eliminate Naikoo. He used to inspire the youth in the valley to join militancy. After his father was arrested, he had kidnapped and killed many police personnel. Neeraj Rajput finds out about the masterplan created by the armed forces to kill Riyaz Naikoo.
