There is a growing demand for a CBI inquiry in Late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s case. Bihar Government has also recommended a CBI investigation into the case and it is expected that the Centre will accept these demands. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta informed the Supreme Court- 'Bihar government has recommended a CBI inquiry and the Centre has decided to accept it. Therefore there is no need for a hearing on the petition for transfer'. On Tuesday, two PIL was filed in the Supreme Court regarding this issue. And earlier the apex court also had a hearing on Rhea Chakraborty’s petition seeking a transfer of the first information report filed against her from Patna to Mumbai.
