Gangster Vikas Dubey's new video goes viral after his death | Panchnama

A video has gone viral in which gangster Vikas Dubey is seen dancing in a marriage function. The video was captured 11 days before Vikas Dubey's death. Vikas Dubey was traced to famous Mahakal temple in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh where he surrendered and was being taken to Kanpur. However, en route, he was shot dead by the UP Police when he attempted to escape after an accident near Kanpur on Friday morning.
