Bihar: People surround Health Minister in NMCH | Panchnama

Health Minister Mangal Pandey visited Patna City today and inspected the entire NMCH. On this occasion, the Health Minister met patients, their family members and got information about the facilities provided by the hospital administration. 

After the meeting, when the health Minister came out of the hospital, people present there surrounded him.
