After reaching Mumbai, the Vigilance team can interrogate independent witness Prabhakar Sail. Prabhakar cell has been asked to appear before 2 pm. Sail, in an affidavit last month, had alleged that he had heard Gosavi bargaining for Rs 25 crore after Aryan Khan's arrest in the cruise narcotics case.
