How contruction of a road led to Ladakh stand-off | Namaste Bharat

A one month long stand-off between Indian and Chinese Army personnel along the LAC in eastern Ladakh region turned into a violent confrontation on Tuesday. With multiple casualties reported on both side, Indian Army released a statement stating that 20 of its braves were martyred in the line of duty. However, the Galwan clashes didn't just happen overnight and the story starts with the construction of a road on the Indian side of the LAC.
