No oxygen deaths? Why are states not coming forward? | Hoonkar (21 July 2021)

Ever since the Central government informed the Rajya Sabha that no deaths due to lack of oxygen have been reported by states/Union territories during the second wave of COVID-19, the opposition has been on attacking mode.
