Children suffer in Bihar and system remains unaffected | Ghanti Bajao (29.07.2020)

There is no food, no drinking water, no place to live and no proper clothes to wear. 24 lakh children in Bihar are suffering due to floods in the state. 

In such terrible circumstances, a mother finds herself helpless in front of ABP News' camera and asks her child to eat the plain chapati. She says that without any embarrassment as that was the only meal she had for feeding her child.

Where is the system that talks about children's welfare and rights during these times?
