A 51-year-old woman from Devon in the United Kingdom, discovered a 100-year-old Dairy Milk wrapper while renovating her house. Emma Young, reportedly found a cardboard box bearing Cadbury's recognisable purple wrapping while removing the flooring in her bathroom, according to the Metro.

The purple wrapper, which is 16 cm long and 3 cm broad has 'Cadbury's Dairy Milk chocolate Neapolitan' written in gold letters and is believed to be made in the garden village of Bournville England. However, there was no chocolate inside it.

After finding the wrapper the woman got curious and approached the candy company which told her it was produced between 1930-1934, the Metro further reported.

"What stunned me a lot was its condition. It's in such good nick, and one side is pristine – you wouldn't believe that it was nearly 100 years old. I think because it's so old, I was expecting it to be almost illegible but apart from one side that had been chewed by mice, the other side looks like something you'd put on a shelf," Young told The Metro.

Emma Young also said that she has always been a chocolate lover, with Cadbury's being her personal favourite. She is now going to get the wrapper framed and displayed.
