Maharashtra: Viral Video Of Pune Teens' Reckless Stunt Triggers Public Outrage — WATCH

Two teenagers from Pune, Maharashtra, performed a dangerous stunt for an Instagram reel, prompting outrage and calls for their arrest.

Two teenagers from the Pune district of Maharashtra risked their lives by doing a dangerous stunt to shoot a video for the Instagram reel. The video of the teenagers went viral on social media. The short clip triggered outrage as netizens drew criticism and requested police officials to arrest them.

From the purported video, it could be seen that a young girl while filming a reel was seen dangling from the edge of a structure resembling a fort, while a boy held her hand from above. Simultaneously, one of their friends was seen filming the reel.

Netizens' Response To This Video

As soon as the video went viral over the internet, social media users expressed anger and tagged police officials in the comments section of their posts on X.

Reacting to the video, an X user wrote which translates in English from Maratrhi “Whose climax is wasted now? The central government should immediately enact a law on reel If an accident occurs due to it being made in a public place, a case should be filed for causing the death of the person concerned.”

Another wrote, "Today's youth who are making reels on their lives have no basic fear and to act like a fool's market in the name of being a hero without regard for their parentage is to risk precious lives for 30-second reels....Devastating counterintelligence."

The next one said, "The police should find them and punish them severely."

One user wrote, "He was recording the video of this scene with the boy. They should be sentenced to be hanged there for a day. Let them enjoy the reverse earth."

"If she was dead, there would be no reason to feel sad and why pay tribute to those idiots who have no sense at all," an user wrote.
