In the video, three transgender employees, Pihu, Sonia, and Visha, take advantage of the opportunity to inform guests about the cafe's operations and underlying mission.

In terms of cuisine, Bambai Nazariya has an extensive and delightful menu that transports diners to a bygone era. Their pink chai, infused with a harmonious blend of herbs and resembling the beloved Kashmiri Chai, is a standout item, promising to warm hearts from the first sip.

But that's only the beginning of the culinary adventure. The café tantalises taste buds with a variety of dishes that leave customers wanting more. Bambai Nazariya effortlessly captures the essence of the city's culinary heritage, from scrumptious keema pavs adorned with half-fried eggs to tender and flavorful misal pavs - a Mumbai street food staple. In addition, the menu includes perfectly baked croissants, stuffed momos, and decadent desserts. The food bloggers also ate rich curry dishes, sandwiches, and various refreshing sodas.

Three specially-abled children work alongside transgender employees at Bambai Nazariya, adding to the café's inclusive ethos. This touching collaboration exemplifies the belief that diversity and inclusiveness enrich our world.

Social media users praised this unique venture, with one saying, "This is the Bharat (India) I want to see in the future." "Ek cafe aisa bhi," said another, recognising its uniqueness. "Tarif-e-kabil" read one comment, praising the café's commendable efforts. One person emphasised, "That last line: Nazariya badlo nazara badlega" (Change your perspective, and the view will change), inspired by the café's tagline.
