Man Orders Starbucks Coffee From Zomato While Sitting At Starbucks Itself To Save Money

"Looks like someone found a way to get coffee at half the price and with home delivery too! Who needs business acumen when you've got Zomato skills?," commented one user on the post.

Coffee giant Starbucks has outlets across the world, including India where it has become a go-to place for those who love having a good ambience while sipping their piping-hot brew. From lattes to frappes, the outlet serves a wide variety of coffee. But one thing that is termed as a disadvantage by many is the hefty prices that the company charges for the products. However, one person had a Jugaad to enjoy Starbucks coffee at a cheaper rate. The idea is going to amuse you.

The person apparently ordered coffee online and got the beverage delivered at the Starbucks outlet he was sitting in.

Twitter user ‘Sandeep Mall’ took to the microblogging site and shared how he was sitting at Starbucks and wanted to have 'Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew' coffee worth Rs 400. But an idea struck his mind and he decided to check it on Zomato. To his surprise the beverage was costing him around Rs 190, half the price of the coffee at the Starbucks counter. On seeing this he ordered the same coffee while sitting at Starbucks and gave the same address. The delivery executive picked up his coffee from same outlet  and gave it to him on the table.

"The Zomato guy picks up and gives me to my table at Starbuck. ये वाला business अपनी अक्ल से completely out of course है।” Sandeep wrote on Twitter.

He also shared screenshot of his order in order to make people believe what he was saying is correct.

Since being shared on Twitter, the post has amassed 871.8k views, 8,395 likes and several comments.

"I laughed so hard and literally spilled my coffee. Good that it was not that expensive," commented one user on the post.

"Looks like someone found a way to get coffee at half the price and with home delivery too! Who needs business acumen when you've got Zomato skills?," wrote another user.

While another wrote, "Now since you have made it official very soon Starbucks will crack the code".
