Broomsticks are made from still fibres or corn husks and are an an essential cleaning tool in houses across India. They come in a variety of shapes and sizes and cost anywhere between Rs 50 to 300. Amid the wide variety of brooms available, have you ever come across one with a calorie chart? Yes, you heard that right. A viral picture of a broomstick, complete with a calorie chart has left the internet users in splits.
The image shared on the microblogging site Twitter shows a broomstick neatly packed and kept outside a general store. One can also see the calorie chart suggesting the broomstick contains 150 calories per serving. It also details everything from fat to cholesterol and proteins.
The Twitter user who shared the picture wrote a witty caption that reads, "The broom has a calorie chart in case you decide to snack on it!".
