Bizarre 'Chilli Roll Ice Cream' Experiment Makes The Internet Cringe

Bizarre culinary experiments like dal makhani ice cream roll, chocolate Maggi and Masala Jalebi have flooded the internet. Now a video of ice cream rolls being made using a couple of green chillies is the latest addition to the list and has gone viral on the internet. The clip of Chilli Roll Ice Cream has left people intrigued and puzzled.
"Chill roll icecream. Have you ever tried this?," reads the caption of the video shared on Instagram reels by @thehungrysurati.
The clip opens to show a vendor making Chilli roll ice cream. He first chops a couple of green chillies, then pours some green-coloured syrup and a cup of cream over them on a big flat pan. The ingredients are then mashed together and spread over the pan to make ice cream rolls, which is topped with a few cut pieces of chilly and some green syrup. The video is from Manek Chowk in Gujarat's Surat.
Since being shared, the video has amassed close to 2 million views and 22,269 likes. A flurry of comments have also poured in.
