'Bilkul Sahi Kiya': Did Sri Sri Ravi Shankar 'Ignore' Abhinav Arora? Video Goes Viral

Abhinav Arora Video: A video of child orator Abhinav Arora is going viral in which spiritual guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is seemingly 'ignoring' him.

Child spiritual orator Abhinav Arora has landed in controversy again after a video of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar apparently "ignoring" him went viral. The video appears to have been shot at an event on Monday attended by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar as well as Abhinav.

In the video, Abhinav is seen approaching Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and standing in front of him. As the latter enters the event venue through the gates, he doesn't appear to be paying any attention to Abhinav.

Abhinav Arora tells him: "Guruji, sar pe haath rakh dijiye [Guruji, please bless me]." Hearing him, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar pats his head, after which Abhinav bows to touch his feet. However, Ravi Shankar simply turns away and continues talking to others.

A man, who appears to be a close follower of Ravi Shankar, then whisks Abhinav away.

Reacting to the video, netizens mostly slammed Abhinav. One user said: "Bilkul sahi kiya Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji aapne [You did the right thing Sri Sri Ravi Shankarji (by ignoring Abhinav)]."

Abhinav later posted a clipped version of the video, which showed only the part in which Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is blessing him. He said: "Today I met Sri Sri Ravi Shankarji and took his blessings. He believes spirituality enhances human values."

Abhinav Arora Controversies

This is not the first time Abhinav Arora has courted controversy. A few days ago, a video showing Abhinav doing 'takes' for his Instagram and YouTube channels went viral. In the video, Abhinav Arora is seen asking for 'redos' of his holy dip.

Prior to that, Abhinav Arora courted controversy after being asked to leave the stage by Hindu religious guru Swami Rambhadracharya.

In the video, Abhinav Arora, who is also dubbed 'Bal Sant Baba', is seen dancing to the spiritual song, during which Rambhadracharya interrupts saying, "Inko neeche kaho jaane ke liye (Tell him to get off the stage)."

Further in the video, the 10-year-old Bal Sant is again seen on the stage with his hands folded and posing for photographs. In the next part of the video, Abhinav moves closer to Swami Rambhadracharya and chants "Raja Ram Chandra bhagwan ki jai (Hail Lord Ram Chandra)" from the swami's microphone. The swami then goes agitated and tells him, "Aap pehle neeche jao. Inko kaho neeche jaane ke liye. Maryada hain meri. (You go down first. Tell him to get down the stage. It's my decorum)."
