'Bal Sant' Abhinav Arora Parents Using Him To Earn Money? Here's What His Father Says

Abhinav Arora interview: 'Bal Sant' Abhinav Arora's father Tarun Raj Arora has replied to his critics who allege that he is using his son as an easy way to earn.

The father of 'Bal Sant' Abhinav Arora, the 10-year-old who has been at the receiving end of internet trolling, has often been accused of using his son as a path to earn and has finally replied to the critics. Tarun Raj Arora in a podcast with news agency ANI said he has never used Abhinav to earn money.

"Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube are the main platforms from where people can earn money. Abhinav has 1 million followers on Instagram, from where there's no earning. We are not concentrating on YouTube and Facebook. Our channels have been eligible for monetisation for a long time now, but we have not monetised it so far," Tarun Arora said.

His father further said: "Do you think that we will demand money to attend religious events and jagarans? Never..." He further said that if anyone has alleged that we have taken money to promote any hotel in Vrindavan, they are lying. "If any hotel owner calls us to promote any hotel and if we see that such an event would help Vrindavan's tourism and image, we shall definitely promote it. But we shall never accept money. We have never taken money from any hotel or any brand," he said.

"Had earning been our agenda, we would have used our social media reach to rake in money," Tarun Arora added.

Will Abhinav Arora's Social Media Channels Be Monetised?

Speaking about future prospects of monetising Abhinav Arora's social media channels, Tarun Arora said that there is no such plan as of now. "However, if the channels are monetised in future, the earnings would be used for gau seva (cattle care), not to run his house," Tarun Arora.

During the podcast, Abhinav Arora said that he is not qualified to be called a 'Bal Sant [child saint]'. "I am not comparable to even the dust of saints' feet. 'Bal Sant' is a moniker used by the media. I am only a devotee of Kanha [Krishna]," he said.
