‘Hume Pagal Kutte Ne...’: KTR After PM Modi Claims KCR Wanted To Join NDA. Rahul Gandhi Jibes At BRS

Lashing out at PM Modi over his claim that BRS wanted to join NDA, KT Rama Rao called him a "great story writer" as he refuted such claims.

The Bharat Rashtra Samithi on Tuesday hit back at Prime Minister Narendra Modi over his claim that Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao's party wanted to join the ruling National Democratic Alliance. Rubbishing any such claims, BRS leader and CM KCR’s son, KT Rama Rao said that Modi should start writing stories for movies. He also said that many parties have recently left the Bharatiya Janata Party-led alliance. Meanwhile, the Congress also attacked BRS alleging that the party had been in cahoots with the BJP.

Calling PM "inconsistent", KTR said, "PM Modi should start writing stories for movies. He will make a great story writer."

“He (Modi) says that BRS funded Congress in Karnataka and that he has not allowed us in NDA. Have we been bitten by a mad dog that we will join NDA? Today many parties including Shiv Sena, JD(U), TDP, Shiromani Akali Dal have left BJP...Who is with you? Who do you have except CBI, ED and I-T,” said the Telangana minister

‘BRS Means BJP Rishtedaar Samiti’: Rahul Gandhi

Taking a dig at the BRS, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said that Modi “openly acknowledged” what he has been claiming that the party had ties with BJP. “Today Modi ji openly accepted what I had said - BRS means BJP Rishtedaar Samiti. The BJP-BRS partnership has destroyed Telangana in the last ten years,” said the Congress MP in a post on X.

“People are intelligent and have understood their game - this time they will reject both of them and form a Congress government with 6 guarantees,” he added.

In another meeting, KCR allegedly said he wanted to give over the reigns of the government to his son K. T. Rama Rao (KTR), but PM Modi said he rebuked the idea saying that it was up to the voters to elect KTR and make him Chief Minister.
