The CEO of the micro-blogging application, Linda Yaccarino, expressed her excitement for the future of 'X,' stating that it will usher in a state of unlimited interactivity, focusing on audio, video, messaging, and payments/banking. This transformation aims to create a global marketplace for ideas, goods, services, and opportunities.

Elon Musk revealed that the parent company of Twitter will now be known as the 'X Corporation.' In addition, the domain 'X.com' has been redirected to 'Twitter.com.' The new 'X' logo has already gone live on Musk's display photo, and is expected to soon be more prominently visible across the platform, signifying the official transition.
To involve the community in the rebranding process, Musk took to Twitter to poll his millions of followers, asking whether they would prefer a change in the site's colour scheme from blue to black. He even shared a stylised 'X' against a black outer space-themed background to illustrate the potential change.
