The name strongly implies that the device's standout feature could be its curved-edge screen, and the phone would likely feature an OLED panel. However, this wouldn't mark the brand's first time using a curved-edge OLED panel, given the existing Lava Agani 2 5G. The recent launches by Lava were Lava Yuva 3 Pro and Lava Storm 5G in India, and the upcoming device will be the brand's first debut in 2024.

The teaser for the purported Lava Blaze Curve 5G also indicates that the phone will support 5G connectivity. The pricing details for the Lava Blaze Curve 5G remain unknown. Notably, some budget-friendly phones with curved displays in India, such as the iQoo Z7 Pro 5G, Realme 11 Pro, and Realme Narzo 60 Pro, are available for less than Rs 30,000.
Lava introduced the Storm 5G last month, priced at Rs 13,499. This device boasts a 6.78-inch LCD FHD+ 120Hz screen, a Dimensity 6080 chipset, 8 GB RAM, 128 GB storage, a 5,000mAh battery supporting 33W fast charging, a 16-megapixel front camera, and a dual-camera system featuring a 50-megapixel main lens and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. It runs on Android 13 with confirmed updates to Android 14 and two years of security support.
To recall, the Lava Blaze 2 5G came with a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 0.08-megapixel secondary camera, complemented by an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. It houses a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging support through a USB Type-C port. Further details about the anticipated Lava Blaze Curve 5G are likely to emerge in the weeks leading up to its official launch.
