"Only Baba Chief Minister is responsible for this injustice and tyranny," he said.
On the issue of Caste Census, he alleged that BJP does not want it to happen because "they do not belong to the backward community in reality, they are backward only on paper."
Akhilesh Yadav promised that people in UP will get permanent jobs. If the Samajwadi Party comes to power, it will provide free treatment for the poor, free medicines, and increase the number of ambulances.
In its manifesto, the SP had promised that if it forms the government, it will provide payment to sugarcane farmers in 15 days by creating a corpus fund using funds from the budget.
"The Baba Chief Minister has called us rioters. If they want to see the real rioters, get up in the morning and see the mirror," he remarked.
He further hit out at the ruling government over the issue of employment, saying that BJP had claimed business will increase with the implementation of GST, but neither the business nor employment saw improvement.
