Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath lashed out at the opposition parties saying the 'Bua-Babua' duo have made progress only for themselves.

New Delhi: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath lashed out at the opposition over Samajwadi Party supremo Akhilesh Yadav's statement on the former not having a family.

While addressing an election rally in Chandauli today, he slammed Akhilesh Yadav's statement saying that the  'Bua-Babua' duo has only thought about their personal development. “For them, their family means the whole region while for us the people of the state are our family. If Akhilesh Yadav understood the meaning of having a family, he would not taunt me about not having a family,” he said.

Akhilesh Yadav's comment on CM Yogi

Recently, Akhilesh Yadav had slammed CM Yogi saying that politicians have tarnished the lineage of politics. "All I want to say is that only a person with a family can understand the pain of each and every member of the family," Akhilesh said.

SP may fire bullets at Ram devotees: CM Yogi

On the other hand, CM Yogi also hit out at the opposition saying that if a BJP MLA had been elected in 2017, it would not have taken so long to beautify the land. He said that the opposition had no other topic.

"When they came to power, they defamed the entire caste in the name of casteism and nepotism. The SP can very well fire at Ram devotees and it was the same Samajwadi party government which accomplished the job of withdrawing cases filed against the terrorists who attacked 'Ram Janmabhoomi' by defending them," Yogi said.
