WWE Wrestlemania 40 Kick-Off: The Wrestlemania XL is one of the most highly anticipated Wrestlemania's in recent history as World Wrestling Entertainment's Chief Executive Officer, Triple H, has officially confirmed Roman Reigns Vs Cody Rhodes in the main event of the biggest annual pay-per-view of the company. Cody Rhodes is a big 'baby face' in the company and the attempt of 'The Rock' Dwayne Johnson to hog the limelight off the 'American Nightmare' has led the social media world and WWE Universe in retaliating and avoiding a 'CM Punk 2.0' (referring to the instance when The Rock did the same to CM Punk in 2013, by taking away his Wrestlemania main event spot).

However, during the face-off, Cody Rhodes took a dig at Roman Reigns and The Rock's family, by involving their grandparents and classifying their vision of the current reigning, defending, undisputed, WWE Universal champion as adversed and rather, they'll be ashamed of the 1257 days and counting champion, which fueled up The Rock and led 'The People's Champ' to slap Cody Rhodes.

Roman Reigns Vs Cody Rhodes - Will Cody Finish His Story?

Cody Rhodes, ever since his return to WWE from AEW (All Elite Wrestling), has been a revelation and during his first year after the return, he was in a legendary fued with the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Seth 'Freakin' Rollins. Alongside the fued, the former 'Stardust' character also ended up winning the Royal Rumble, ousting 29 other men to main event Wrestlemania. However, challenging Roman Reigns was a big ask and once he did, he almost had the 'Tribal Chief's' number before Solo Sikoa intervened and Roman speared Cody to retain the title.

Amidst the favourites such as CM Punk, Gunther, Drew McIntyre, Cody Rhodes once again ousted 29 other men and became a part of a legendary list, consisting of Hulk Hogan, Shawn Michaels, 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin, to become the fourth WWE superstar ever to win back-to-back Royal Rumbles.

Now that it is official, and the fan support behind 'The American Nightmare', WWE will strongly consider to make Cody finish his story, by dethroning Roman Reigns from his historic reign and becoming the new reigning, defending, undisputed WWE Universal Champion.
