Watch | 45-Year-Old Dismisses World No. 3 Test Batsman After Hitting 15 Sixes In County Championship

Notably, after shining with the bat, Stevens made Marnus Labuschagne his victim for the second time in the ongoing county season as he dismissed the World No. 3 Test batsman by trapping him for a LBW and Glamorgan posted 55 runs after losing 2 wickets by the the end of day's play. 

England all-rounder Darren Stevens of Kent County Cricket Club proved that age is just a number after the 45-year-old played a stormy innings at the Canterbury ground on Friday, hitting a record-breaking 190 off just 149 balls with the help of 15 fours and 15 sixes, in the ongoing County Championship in England.

This was not the only highlight of his remarkable innings as he also stitched a solid 166-run partnership for the 9th wicket, in which the other batsman scored only 1 run. With the help of Stevens' power-packed innings, Kent managed to post 307 runs.

Stevens is regarded as a legend in English domestic circuit. In 1977, he made his debut in county cricket and has been playing cricket despite not being able to play for his country at the highest level. In 314 first-class matches, Stevens scored 15,940 runs and bagged 564 wickets.
