WATCH: Suryakumar Yadav's Dismissal; Howler By 3rd Umpire Unites Netizens In Anguish

India vs England: Suryakumar Yadav, after playing a top-knock today, became the fifth player in the world to hit a six off the first ball in an international career.

Team India's young sensational batsman Suryakumar Yadav (31-ball 57) scored a fiery maiden T20I fifty to rescue India after a top-order clash and propel them to 185/8 against England in a must-win clash at Ahmedabad's Narendra Modi Stadium on Thursday. Yadav had made his international debut in the second T20I but did not get a chance to bat in that match.

India's young sensational batsman, Yadav scored his first-ever T20I half-century on Thursday during Ind vs Eng 4th T20I.  Playing his first international match, Suryakumar started his innings with a six. He completed his half-century in just 28 balls with fours.

During his 31-ball 57 innings, he hammered 6 fours and 3 sixes.

On the second ball of the 14th over, Tom Curran got him caught out by David Malan. However, his dismissal sparked a debate on Twitter.

After Dawid Malan claimed a diving catch forward at fine leg, the soft signal from the on-field umpire was out, but there was no clear evidence that the fielder had completed a clean catch without grounding the ball.

After watching several replays, the third umpire stayed with the on-field call and Yadav was declared caught out for 57.
