"No one should lose their life due to lack of oxygen. Privileged to share that you can avail free services from our Oxygen Concentrator Bank In Delhi on a rotational basis in association with @FeverFMOfficial and @BJSDELHI_NGO.Ab Dilli lega #RahatKiSaans," Sehwag wrote in the caption of video he posted on Twitter.
In the video, he said, "In the present times, people are black marketing oxygen concentrators. They are selling oxygen concentrators for Rs. 2 to 3 lakhs. This is illegal and such people should be severely punished."
He also said, "The time has come for all of us to help the needy. Due to lack of oxygen in the country, a large number of patients are losing their lives. In such a situation, we have decided that we will start the Oxygen Concentrator Bank for the needy patients."
Recently, Shikhar Dhawan had announced to donate INR 20 lakh rupees towards 'Mission Oxygen', being run for the supply of oxygen to Covid-19 dedicated hospitals. Along with this, he announced that he will also donate 'money for all the individual awards he received in the IPL 14'.
