Chennai has experienced substantial rainfall as a result of Cyclone 'Michaung,' leading to widespread waterlogging in numerous areas. The heavy downpour in Chennai has resulted in challenging conditions for residents and has prompted concerns about flooding and related issues in the affected areas.

Sports fraternity took to X (formerly Twitter) to extend support, express their concern for the flood victims affected by Cyclone Michuang in Chennai. Athletes, including cricketers and Indian football clubs, took to X to convey their prayers for the victims during the challenging times.

Cyclone Michaung is expected to make landfall near Bapatla in Andhra Pradesh today forenoon. In response to this, the state has been placed on high alert, with authorities taking precautionary measures to ensure the safety of residents.
