Ex-South African cricketer David Wiese's inspiring gesture after the Pakistan Super League (PSL 2023) match between Lahore Qalandars and Islamabad United is winning hearts of fans all over the world.

The star all-rounder, who now plays international cricket for Namibia, collected the leftover bottles and other trash at Qalandars dugout and put it inside the bin. Wiese’s heartwarming display of sportsmanship didn't go unnoticed. The video of him cleaning the dugout has gone viral on social media.

Coming to the Lahore vs Islamabad PSL match, Shaheen Afridi-led Lahore Qalandars, the defending champions, defeated Islamabad United by a huge margin of 110 runs at Gaddafi Stadium to attain their fourth victory in the ongoing tournament.

Lahore Qalandars won the toss and opted to bat first. Batting first, they scored 200 runs at the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs. Abdullah Shafiq was the top scorer for Lahore as he played an inning of 45 runs. For Islamabad United, Tom Curran (3 wickets) was the pick of bowlers.
In reply, Shadab Khan's Islamabad United bundled out for just 90 runs in 13.5 overs. David Wiese picked the maximum 3 wickets for Lahore. Rashid Khan and Sikandar Raza bagged two wickets apiece. Wiese was adjudged Player of the Match award for his all-round heroics.
