Mark Wood Takes Off Clothes In Bizarre Catch Challenge, Video Goes Viral
Mark Wood Viral Video: The clip is from a training session ahead of Bangladesh's 1st ODI against England on March 01.
Even though there is a lot if anticipation for England speedster Mark Wood's international comeback, the 33-year-old hogged all the limelight recently after a video featuring him went viral on social media. In the short clip, Wood during his side's practice session in Bangladesh was seen stripping off and was almost half-naked by the time he completed the catch. It appeared to be part of some freakish challenge that Wood had agreed upon.
While the fast bowler did manage to hold on to the catch, he removed his cap, goggles and even took off jersey all while the ball was up and even though his leg got stuck, he ultimately had to put in a dive to get under the ball and complete the catch.
In no time, the video has gone viral on social media.

Notably, Wood is part of the England ODI and T20I squad that will take on Bangladesh in a bilateral series starting with the 1st ODI March 01 at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka . With him returning to international cricket having least played for the Three Lions in the second Test match against Pakistan in Karachi in December last year, he would ideally like to get some overs under his belt before the start of the much-anticipated Ashes Series.
So far, Wood has played 28 Test, 57 ODIs and 27 T20Is for England scalping 90, 69 and 44 wickets in the three formats of the game respectively.
