'Pehchano to maaane': Harbhajan Singh Shares Old Pic With Pak Players From U-19 World Cup Days
Harbhajan Singh is expected to retire from competitive cricket next week and after that he's expected to decide on one of the offers to join support staff in one of the high-profile IPL franchises.
New Delhi: Harbhajan Singh, who last played for team India in the 2016 Asia Cup, has played more than 100 Tests, 200-plus ODIs and 28 T20Is for India. He was also part of India's two World Cup winning teams.
Harbhajan had managed to make it to the national team by showcasing his skills as a spinner in the Under-19 World Cup.
Many years later, Harbhajan remembered his U-19 days by posting a picture on social media on Friday, in which he is accompanied by other two young players of Pakistan's U-19 team. The photo posted by Harbhajan is from the Under-19 World Cup, which was played in 1998-99.
"Pehchano to maaane.. U-19 World Cup days 1998/99," Harbhajan wrote in the caption of his post.
