Manu Bhaker, a prominent figure in India's shooting contingent, has gained significant popularity after winning two bronze medals in the 10m air pistol individual and mixed team events at the ongoing Paris Olympics 2024. On the verge of securing a third medal in the 25m air pistol event, Bhaker has reportedly attracted interest from around 40 brands for endorsements. Although her focus remains on the Olympics, her agency has already secured a few lucrative deals.


According to a report by the Times of India, Manu Bhaker previously charged INR 20-25 lakh per endorsement. However, her fees have now reportedly increased six to seven times. One endorsement deal worth approximately INR 1.5 crore has already been finalised.

Manu Bhaker's Endorsement Demand Soars: 40 Inquiries In Just Days


Neerav Tomar, CEO and MD of IOS Sports & Entertainment, the company that manages the Indian shooter, stated that they have received around 40 inquiries in the past 2-3 days regarding Manu Bhaker's endorsements. They are currently focusing on long-term association deals and have already secured a couple of endorsements.


"We have got about 40-odd inquiries in just the last 2-3 days. We are focusing right now on the long-term association deals, and we have closed a couple of endorsements," said Neerav Tomar to TOI.


Manu Bhaker's brand value has increased significantly, with endorsement fees rising from Rs 20-25 lakhs to approximately Rs 1.5 crore per deal for a one-year exclusive engagement.


"Her brand value, of course, has jumped five to six folds. So anything we were doing before was in the vicinity of Rs 20-25 lakhs, now it has gone to the region of about Rs 1.5 crore for one deal of endorsements. This is a one-year kind of engagement for a brand category with exclusivity," said Tomar.

Manu Bhaker's team is prioritising long-term endorsements but is also considering some short-term digital engagement deals lasting 1 to 3 months.


"There are also a lot of digital-engagement queries of shorter term -- 1 month, 3 months. But we are focusing on the long-term deals," Tomar added.
