How Many Medals Has India Won In Paralympics? India had a decent outing in the Paris Olympics 2024. While they could not match their best tally of 7 medals including a gold in Tokyo 2020, they finished with 6 medals in the French capital with 5 bronze medals and 1 silver medal.
The eyes, however, have now turned towards the Paris Paralympics 2024. So far, India have won 31 medals in Paralympics Games. These include- nine golds, 12 silvers and 10 bronze medals. In contrast to the Olympics where the Indian men's hockey team has done the bulk of the medal fetching for the Indian contingent, especially in the early years of India's Olympic participation, in Paralympics, it has been majorly about the individual athletes rising to the occasion.
