2032 Olympic Games To Be Held In Australia's Brisbane, International Olympic Committee Announced
The International Olympic Committee has officially announced the host of the 2032 Olympics. The city of Brisbane in Australia has been chosen for this.
Olympics 2032: The Olympic Games 2032 will be held in Brisbane, Australia. The International Olympic Committee (IOC) made its official announcement on Wednesday. Brisbane has won the right to host the 2032 Summer Olympics. Australia has hosted the Olympics twice before. It has hosted the 1956 Melbourne and 2000 Sydney Olympics.
In 2017, the IOC handed over the hosting of the 2024 Olympics to Paris and the 2028 Olympics to Los Angeles. In February 2021, the IOC stated that Brisbane is a suitable candidate to host the 2032 Olympic Games. However, Qatar reiterated its desire to host the 2032 Games despite Brisbane being named the favourite by the IOC. On 10 June Brisbane was approved as the single candidate for the election by the IOC's 15-strong executive board.

Australia will set this record by hosting Olympics 2032
Australia will become the second country after the United States to host the Olympic Games in three different cities. Earlier Olympics were organized by Melbourne in 1956 and Sydney in 2000. Several cities and countries had expressed interest in hosting the 2032 Games, including Indonesia, Hungary's capital Budapest, China, Qatar's Doha and Germany's Ruhr Valley region.
