Talking about CSK’s campaign, Dhoni’s team lost the match against Gujarat Titans in the tournament opener but then made a terrific comeback by defeating Lucknow Super Giants by 12 runs in their previous match. Mumbai Indians on the other side lost the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore in their opening match. Despite having a decent squad, Mumbai has been able to make a mark in the ongoing 2023 edition of cash rich league.
