Kavya Maran's Heartbroken Reaction Goes Viral As SRH Put On Horror Batting Display vs KKR In IPL 2024 Final
Kavya Maran's Heartbroken Reaction, SRH vs KKR IPL 2024 Final: SRH team owner Kavya Maran looked helpless and heartbroken as Hyderabad put on a poor show with the bat in the summit clash vs KKR.
Kavya Maran's Heartbroken Reaction, SRH vs KKR IPL 2024 Final: Riding on an incredible opening spell by Mitchell Starc, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) have dominated the passage of play in the first half of the IPL 2024 final against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Sunday (May 26). While SRH won the toss and elected to bat first, KKR never let SRH settle down, with Mitchell Starc removing Abhishek Sharma in the first over itself.
In the next over itself, Vaibhav Arora removed Travis Head for a first-ball duck. Just when it looked like Hyderabad might stride towards recovery, Starc returned to get rid of Rahul Tripathi. SRH's team owner Kavya Maran, who has travelled with the team the entire season, was not pleased with the way Tripathi gifted his wicket away and the team's overall performance.
A video of Maran's heartbroken reaction has gone viral on social media.

Head's Second Duck Against KKR In Two Games
While SRH would have been banking on Travis Head for a good start, the Aussie left-hander departed for a duck in both the Qualifier 1 and Final against the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). Head got out for a duck second ball in that game in Ahmedabad but got out first ball in the final in Chennai.

With Abhishek Sharma having already gotten out for 2, SRH were under pressure right from the word go and could never really recover against the Shreyas Iyer-led side. Notably, KKR and SRH topped the league stage of IPL 2024 with KKR finishing at the top of the table and SRH finishing second.
With the way KKR have started, it would require an even better performance on the field from SRH, if they need to clinch their second IPL trophy this evening.
