He also scalped the wicket of Mayank Agarwal, Adil Rashid, and Bhuvneshwar Kumar and concluded with the figures of 4 for 17.
Yuzvendra Chahal is one of the finest wrist spinners that India has ever produced. But he does not get the due he deserves in white ball cricket. But then, he again proved himself by attaining a record in the ongoing IPL 2023 by picking his 300th wicket in T20 cricket. Chahal scripted history in the match against Sunrisers Hyderabad where his team outplayed them by 72 runs on Sunday. The Haryana-based spinner picked the wicket of Harry Brook to reach his milestone. He also scalped the wicket of Mayank Agarwal, Adil Rashid, and Bhuvneshwar Kumar and concluded with the figures of 4 for 17.

"Definitely the start we wanted. The way Jos and Jaiswal batted, we knew a big score will always be difficult to score. The plan was to bowl stump to stump, tossing it up is my strength. I'm not too bothered about who I'm bowling too. Definitely you'll see a big celebration when I get a five-wicket haul," he said.

Talking about the match, Jos Buttler, and Yashasvi Jaiswal scored a terrific fifty alongside skipper Sanju who also made a half-century against Hyderabad. In reply, Sunrisers batters were clueless against Rajasthan bowlers as nobody stood and they kept on losing wickets. Mayank Agarwal tried to put up a fight but was sent back for just 27 runs.
