Fans Tease KKR Legend Gautam Gambhir With 'Kohli, Kohli' Chants At Eden Gardens. WATCH

The way fans behaved with Gautam Gambhir at Eden Gardens was quite shocking as he is an ex-Kolkata captain and under his captaincy, KKR won two IPL finals.

Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) edged past Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) by just one run to become the third team to qualify for Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 Playoffs. Defending 177 against Kolkata Knight Riders (KRR) at Eden Gardens, Lucknow managed to beat KKR by just one one and it was enough for them to join GT and CSK in Playoffs. LSG mentor Gautam Gambhir travelled to Eden Gardens for Lucknow vs Kolkata IPL game. As it has been the case since Gambhir's heated altercation with Kohli on May 1, fans once again teased Gambhir and Naveen-ul-Haq with 'Kohli, Kohli' chants.

Fans at jam-packed Eden Gardens teased Gambhir when he was returning back to the pavilion after end of LSG vs KKR match. The way fans behaved with Gambhir was quite shocking as he is an ex-Kolkata captain and under his captaincy, KKR won two IPL finals. Kolkata Knight Riders were in their best form when Gambhir captained them between 2011 to 2017. The franchise released him ahead of IPL 2018 mega-auction.

The fourth team to qualify for IPL 2023 Playoffs will lock horns with Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 Eliminator on Wednesday (May 24). The losing side in IPL 2023 Eliminator will get knocked out of the tournament while the winning team will play against loser of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 Qualifier-1 on May 26. 

Table-toppers in IPL 2023 Points Table, defending champions Gujarat Titans became first team to qualify for IPL 2023 Playoffs and will play IPL 2023 Qualifier-1. At present, Chennai Super Kings, 2nd team to qualify for Playoffs, are at 2nd spot in Points Table but this doesn't qualify them for  Qualifier-1 as three teams -- Royal Challengers Bangalore, Rajasthan Royals and Mumbai Indians -- are still in fray to qualify for IPL 2023 Playoffs. Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 final will be played at Ahmedabad's Narendra Modi Stadium on May 28.
