Manchester City Vs Tottenham Hotspurs FA Cup Round 4: Pep Guardiola got rid of the thorn in his back of not defeating Tottenham Hotspurs at their home in previous five attempts with a 1-0 victory thanks to a late winner from defender Nathan Ake. With this, the Cityzens have now scored in 13 straight FA Cup fixtures and will walk into the fifth round of the oldest football tournament in history. They will await their opponents and its confirmation will take place on Sunday, January 28, when the draw for fifth round will be held.

Nathan Ake also ended up finding himself in history books as he repeated his last year's antics of scoring the only goal in Man City's fourth round fixture of FA Cup.

Manchester City walked into the fixture with a big hoodoo looming over them of not scoring at the Tottenham Stadium in past 450+ minutes as for a side as magnificent and high scoring as Manchester City, it was a big adverse mark over them which they were in desperate need of its removal. 

They did so as a great fightback from City side and sheer attacking prowess finally got rid of the resilience of Spurs as their defence was breached and City finally scored at the Tottenham Stadium after 538 minutes.
