Xavi's Controversial Remark On FC Barcelona's Current Situation

Xavi Hernandez might just have soured his relations with the FC Barcelona board as he laments the economic situation of the club, an issue which has been infamously responsible of the greatest player of all time — Lionel Messi, back in August 2021.

“I just said that economic situation at Barça is not the best. We are trying to work together with the club to get the best situation and strengthen ourselves”. “From here we will face the coming season with enthusiasm to get titles,” said Xavi during the post match press conference.
