WATCH | Yasir Shah Bowls 'Ball Of The Century 2.0' During Sri Lanka Vs Pakistan 1st Test

During the first Test of the two-match Test series between Pakistan and Sri Lanka, Yasir Shah of Pakistan bowled THIS MAGICAL BALL to Kusal Mendis. Watch This!

Sri Lanka Vs Pakistan, 1st Test: Pakistan leg-spinner Yasir Shah delivered an exhibition of a ball as the delivery seemed as identical as Shane Warne’s legendary ‘Ball of the Century'. The incident occurred in the 56th over, on the very first ball, Yasir bowled a good length ball down the leg, and it got an absurd amount of turn to end up at the off-stump of Kusal Mendis.

The Sri Lankan right-handed batsman was at the receiving end as he got unlucky with his defence with the ball ending up on off-stump and he got bowled on a sensational inning of 76 that helped Sri Lanka notch up a huge third innings score of 337.

Here is the ‘Ball of the Century 2.0’

Pakistan is touring Sri Lanka for a two-match Test Series and are playing the first Test at the Galle International Stadium, Galle, from July 16 – July 19. Sri Lanka managed merely 222 on the back of a hard-fought 76 by former captain, Dinesh Chandimal.

In return, the Sri Lankan bowlers were too good for Pakistan’s batting as they rattled them and Pakistan were reeling on 112/8, until an in-form and resilient Babar Azam scored 119 to drag Pakistan to 218.

The Pakistani skipper, in the process, became the fastest Asian batsman to score 10,000 International runs, breaking Virat Kohli’s record of 232 innings by achieving the feat within 228 innings.

Dinesh Chandimal is in the form of his life as his unbeaten 94, along with Oshando Fernando’s 64 and Kusal Mendis’s 76, managed a huge third innings total of 337, setting a target of 341 for Pakistan on a difficult batting pitch.
