As soon as the news broke out, Kohli fans are overjoyed and are pouring their wishes for the celebrity couple. While Anushka is one of the leading Bollywood actress, star India cricketer Kohli is widely regarded as one the greatest batters ever to have played the game. Kohli fans from India's neighbouring country reportedly celebrated Akaay's birth by distributing sweets. A viral video shows fans reacting to the news with some wishing that Akaay goes on to break records that his cricketer husband is setting on the field.

Virat Kohli Likely To Join India Squad For 5th Test

While Kohli has been out of action for the first three Test matches of India's ongoing series, seems like he could be back in time for the fith Test. The same was confirmed in a report carried by news agency PTI and now with Kohli and Anushka having announced the birth of their child who was born on February 15 (Thursday), it now seems like it could pretty much be a possibility that he could be part of the playing 11 for the final match of the series in Dharamshala.

Having said that, there is no confirmation on the same from either the team management or the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) regarding the batter's availaability for the fifth Test set to commence on March 7.
